1. About these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and andorp Learning Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka (“andorp”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the andorp website, learner dashboard, lesson player, mobile apps and any related services (together, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, enrolling in a course or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Learners between 13 and 18 may use andorp only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share log-in details or let others learn on your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@andorp.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Courses and access
When you enrol in a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view the course content through the Platform for your own non-commercial learning. You do not acquire ownership of any course content.
Paid courses include access for as long as andorp operates the Platform, including updates the instructor publishes. Subscription plans such as andorp Pro give access to the library only while your subscription is active.
We may update, reorganise or retire courses to keep them accurate. If a course you paid for is retired, you will keep access to the version you purchased unless we are legally required to remove it, in which case we will offer a comparable course or a refund.
4. Prices, payments and subscriptions
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. International prices may be shown in other currencies, and your bank may apply conversion charges.
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment partners. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We will notify you before any price change takes effect on renewal.
5. Refunds
Eligible paid courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The conditions, exclusions and timelines are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued when you complete the required lessons and assessments for a course. Each certificate carries a unique ID that anyone can check on our verification page.
An andorp certificate shows that you completed an andorp course. It is not a university degree or a government-recognised qualification unless a course page expressly says otherwise. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, plagiarism or account sharing.
